Privacy Policy
Effective from 1 June 2026. How YUGA collects, uses and protects your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by PPS Anantams Corporation Private Limited ("PACPL", "YUGA", "we", "us", "our"), CIN U46632GJ2019PTC110676, GST 24AAHCV1611L2ZD. We are the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").
2. Personal data we collect
You provide: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, company name, state/city, project type, investment range, land/feedstock status, and any message or documents you submit via forms, the chatbot, WhatsApp or calls.
Collected automatically: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, tools used and time on site (via cookies/analytics — see our Cookie Policy).
3. Why we process it
To (i) respond to your enquiry; (ii) prepare feasibility studies, DPRs, quotes and proposals; (iii) provide consulting, fundraising-support and software services; (iv) send you updates/market information only if you opt in; (v) improve our website and services; and (vi) comply with law. We process your data only for these stated purposes.
4. Lawful basis — consent
We process your personal data on the basis of your free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous consent, given when you submit a form, start a chat, or tick a consent box. We do not use pre-ticked boxes or bundled consent. Where applicable, we may also process data for legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act.
5. Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with (a) Data Processors acting on our behalf under confidentiality (e.g. CRM, email, hosting, analytics, payment and WhatsApp providers), and (b) authorities where required by law. Some providers may process data outside India in line with applicable law.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose collected or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Enquiry data is typically retained for 24 months unless you request earlier erasure.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted, role-based access. In the event of a personal-data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board and affected users within the prescribed timeframe.
8. Your rights (DPDP Act)
You have the right to (a) access a summary of your personal data and processing; (b) correction, completion, updating and erasure; (c) grievance redressal; and (d) nominate another individual to exercise your rights. To exercise any right, contact our Grievance Officer (§10). We respond within a reasonable period (target 7 working days).
9. Withdraw consent
You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing the Grievance Officer or using the unsubscribe link in our messages. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before withdrawal; we will then stop further processing unless law requires retention.
10. Grievance Officer
Prince Pratap Shah, PPS Anantams Corporation Private Limited. Email: sales.ppsanatams@gmail.com · Phone: +91 77952 42424. If unsatisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
11. Children
We do not knowingly process the personal data of children (under 18) without verifiable parental/guardian consent, and we do not undertake tracking or targeted advertising directed at children.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy; the "Effective from" date will reflect the latest version.
