Raw Material & Pelletization

Agro-waste - rice straw, groundnut shells, cotton stalk, bagasse - sourced within 50-100 km and pelletized.

Pyrolysis & Bio-Oil Extraction

Biomass heated to 450-550°C in oxygen-free reactors; bio-oil yield of 20-25%.

Refining & Blending

Oxidation at 230-250°C, then blended ~15-30% with VG-30 toward CSIR-CRRI specification.

Testing, Certification & Market

Penetration, softening, ductility and rutting tests toward NHAI/MoRTH specifications; supply to contractors, PWD & NHAI.
