Agro-waste becomes road. We design and plan bio-bitumen, plastic-to-fuel and tyre-to-oil plants end to end - CSIR-CRRI (KrishiBind) aligned and NHAI/MoRTH compliant.

Bitumen Product Plants
Emulsion, PMB, CRMB, Decanter and Blown / Oxidised Bitumen production lines.

Pyrolysis Bio-Bitumen Plant
Agro-waste → pyrolysis → bio-oil blended 15-30% with VG-30 to CSIR-CRRI (KrishiBind) spec. NHAI/MoRTH compliant.

Plastic-to-Fuel Plant
Waste plastic converted via pyrolysis to usable fuel/oil - aligned with India's plastic-waste (EPR) push.

RPO - Tyre / Rubber-to-Oil
End-of-life tyres and rubber converted via pyrolysis to Recovered Pyrolysis Oil, carbon black and steel.
A continuous, NHAI-spec pipeline - heat, refine, blend, certify.
Raw Material & Pelletization
Agro-waste - rice straw, groundnut shells, cotton stalk, bagasse - sourced within 50-100 km and pelletized.
Pyrolysis & Bio-Oil Extraction
Biomass heated to 450-550°C in oxygen-free reactors; bio-oil yield of 20-25%.
Refining & Blending
Oxidation at 230-250°C, then blended 15-30% with VG-30 per CSIR-CRRI specification.
Testing, Certification & Market
Penetration, softening, ductility and rutting tests; NHAI/MoRTH certification; supply to contractors, PWD & NHAI.

India = first country to commercially produce Bio-Bitumen (Jan 2026)
of India's bitumen is imported - ~₹25,000 Cr / year
potential annual saving from 15-30% bio-replacement
From feasibility to first commercial production - and the capital to fund it.
